Cancellation Policy
How orders may be cancelled and when cancellation is restricted.

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of orders before dispatch or production commencement.
2. Customised Products
Customised, embroidered or personalised products may not be cancellable once:
- production begins
- artwork approval is confirmed
- supplier orders are placed
3. Refunds
Eligible cancellations may receive refunds in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Business Orders
Business account orders may be subject to separate contractual or commercial arrangements.
